If you are being honest, you will agree with me that whatever it is you are experiencing now didn't start today.

To some people, there has always been that uncomfortable feeling you brushed aside for months even years.

The problem is that most of us ignore the whispers.

I've been seeing some people who hardly go day without gelucil and gestid, if you are if they're having ulcer their answer will always be "God forbid".
They continue with the same diet and habit with antacids in their purses and pockets 24/7

They will never agree there's a problem talk more of trying going to find out what the problem is exactly

They continue this way until one day everything will burst like over inflated balloon.

We wait until the pain becomes unbearable.

We wait until we can no longer sleep.

We wait until we are forced to leave everything and start looking for help.

But before then, the body has usually been sending messages.

Lots of messages.

The frequent burping.

Everyday bloated stomach.

The discomfort that comes and goes.

The strange feeling that something is just not right.

These are not always symptoms to brush aside.

These may be your body's way of saying,
"Please pay attention to me."

And trust that would have been the best time to begin taking precautions.

Unfortunately, many people silence these messages.

They keep eating anything.

They continue with late-night meals.

They keep postponing proper attention.

Until one day, the whispers become louder.
And what could have been addressed early becomes a bigger challenge.

I always tell people this:

Learn to listen to your body.

Learn its language

Learn what it is trying to tell you.

And sometimes the symptoms you are experiencing are not just feeling,
They are simply messages asking for your attention.

Even aside ulcer and the like, learn to know when something isn't so right

It's your body

Own it

Care for it.

YOU WILL BE FINE!!

And let me tell you again, ulcer can be very tricky. That's why I keep warning against chasing symptoms.

You may feel weak, dizzy, or lightheaded and immediately conclude that your blood level is low, whereas the real problem could be something entirely different.

Don't always conclude on your own. Verify first. Proper investigation will save you from a lot of mistakes.

Don't start taking blood boosters without knowing your actual blood level.

Don't jump on every supplement because someone recommended it.

Do you know that having too much blood can also be a problem? Yes, excess is a problem too.

The same thing applies to your everyday malaria and typhoid treatment. Do you really have malaria? Do you really have typhoid?

If you follow the joint pains, body aches, weakness, and general discomfort that often come with ulcer, you may easily convince yourself that it's malaria.

But I tell you again: check first.

Check before popping pills.

One thing I've always told us is this: if you have ulcer, avoid doing too much.

Yes, don't ever try to do too much with ulcer.

I know it's not easy. Not at all

But don't harm your body while trying to heal your body.

Just look at what's going on here⬇️

THE DAY YOUR ULCER DECIDED TO BEHAVE

Have you ever had one of those days when you almost forgot you had ulcer?

You woke up feeling okay.
No chest pain.
No strange discomfort.
No burning sensation.
No pressure.

You ate your meals and everything seemed normal.

You found yourself smiling and thinking,
"Finally! I think I'm healed."

Then the next day came.

And suddenly the symptoms returned.
The chest discomfort.
The back pain.
The bloating, Everything

The strange sensations that make you wonder what exactly is happening inside your body.

Have you ever wondered why this happens?

Someone told me his ulcer is behaving like a switch, "on" some days "off" some days.

Why does your ulcer behave so well one day and act up the next?

HERE IS MY EXPLANATION
Healing is not determined by what happened today alone.

Your body is keeping records.
It remembers how you slept.
It remembers that late meal.
It remembers the stress you carried around all day.

It remembers the food you tolerated yesterday but struggled with over the last few days.

Sometimes your stomach is not reacting to what you just ate but what you ate even days before

Sometimes it is responding to a combination of things that have been building up quietly.

This is why one good day should encourage you, but it shouldn't make you abandon everything that has been helping you heal.

Because if you do the ulcer will be watching you from the corner, just as I'm looking at you.

Continue doing the right things.

Continue listening to your body.

Continue being patient with yourself.

One symptom-free day is not the destination.
But it is a sign that your body is capable of feeling better.

And that's worth celebrating.

Now tell me honestly.
When was the last day your ulcer decided to behave itself?

Let me hear your experience.

This week, remember: it's not just about avoiding everything that has ever been classified as a trigger.

It's more about studying your own body and learning to identify what truly works for you.

Don't join the league of people who insist that ulcer cannot be cured. You can't afford to live with a troubled gut for the rest of your life.

Avoid the temptation of indulging in foods and habits you already know your body doesn't tolerate, only to run back to Omeprazole and other medications for rescue.

Love your body. Listen to it. Do your best to give it the care it deserves.

Small, consistent choices often make the biggest difference in the healing journey.

Good morning.

I promised to tell you something yesterday but I couldn't. I'm sorry, I was busy all through. I only wanted to tell you that warm water works for ulcer. Yes.

Warm water, I know and I have confirmed even more with my conversation with papa, works very well.

I'm always curious. I always ask, "Do you have ulcer?" anytime I'm dealing with a patient. I don't fail to do this.

I was attending to this papa last week when I asked the usual question, "Do you have ulcer?"

Here was his response:

"Not anymore. I used to have a very terrible one back then. It was serious. I was even pooing blood. Sometimes I would faint and wake up in the hospital. I was afraid for myself. I used everything. I went to places. I did everything but WARM WATER HELPED ME. I started drinking warm water first thing in the morning."

I knew he was being honest.

My dear, believe me when I say that warm water is one of the most affordable, available and helpful remedies for people struggling with ulcer and gastritis. If you are having acid reflux, just be cautious not to make close to hot.

You can add a few teaspoons of honey, and you'll be surprised at the gentle surge of energy and comfort you may feel.

Now, how does warm water help?

It is gentle on the stomach.

warm water tends to be soothing. Many people with ulcer or gastritis notice that their stomach feels calmer after taking warm water.

It may help reduce irritation.

When the stomach lining is already inflamed, anything soothing can be a welcome relief.

It helps you get well hydrated.

A well-hydrated body generally helps healing processes better. Many people don't remember to drink enough water, especially during flare-ups.

It may improve digestion.

Some people find that warm water helps food move more comfortably through the digestive tract and reduces that heavy, uncomfortable feeling after meals.

It can be comforting during flare-ups.

Sometimes the relief is not dramatic, but enough to make a difficult day more bearable. Many people can testify to this.

It helps heal the sore or inflammation

It is safe, simple and accessible.

You don't need to spend money to try it. Warm water is available to almost everyone.

Please note: I am not saying that warm water is a substitute for proper medical care, especially if you have severe symptoms.

I also know it's not a one size fit all remedy. Yes, there are people who doesn't really do well with warm water. It's ok. As I used to say, stick to normal room temperature water. That is helpful too. Very very helpful.

But if you ask me just one simple habit that people with ulcer and gastritis can use, for me, it's sipping warm water first thing in the morning

Simple.

Affordable.

Available.

And for many people, surprisingly helpful

WE SHOULD HAVE KNOWN THIS BY NOW

If you're experiencing pain in your chest, back, shoulders, or even around the upper abdomen, yet you still eat late at night for whatever reason, your healing journey may take much longer than necessary.

Many people focus solely on medication and overlook the role of lifestyle habits. The truth is that even the most effective medications can struggle to deliver their full benefits when the stomach is repeatedly stressed by late-night eating.

When you lie down shortly after eating, stomach contents can more easily move upward, irritating the digestive tract and triggering symptoms that may appear as chest pain, back pain, shoulder discomfort, throat irritation, palpitations, or a feeling of pressure in the upper body.

What makes it more confusing is that these pains are often mistaken for heart, lung, muscle, or spine problems when the digestive system may actually be playing a major role.

If healing is your goal, try as much as possible to give your stomach adequate time before bedtime.

No matter how "safe" or "tolerable" a late-night meal seems, eating close to bedtime can keep symptoms active and make recovery slower.

Medication is important, but healing often requires cooperation from both the medicine and the patient.

Sometimes, one of the most powerful things you can do for your recovery is simply avoiding late-night meals. Trust me when I tell you it will go along way.

COCONUT WATER!!!

For you with:
constant headaches
Brain fog
Head pressure
Sleeplessness

Have you tried fresh coconut water?

Fresh coconut water is one of nature's most refreshing drinks, infact, if it should be readily available in abundance I don't think anyone will have anything to do with soda.

Coconut water is not only refreshing, it's medicinal!!!

HERE ARE SOME WAYS COCONUT WATER WILL HELP

1.HELP RELIEVE HEADACHES AND HEAD PRESSURE

Ulcer headaches are known to be worsened by dehydration.
Coconut water contains natural electrolytes such as potassium, magnesium, sodium, and calcium that help restore fluid balance.

The magnesium in coconut water may also help relax blood vessels and muscles, which can reduce some types of tension headaches.

Remember magnesium is the "sleep well" hormone. Drinking about 250_ 500ml of fresh coconut water will help improve your sleep considerably.

2. IMPROVE BRAIN FOG
Brain fog can sometimes be worsened by:
Dehydration
Poor circulation
Lack of sleep
Stress
Nutrient deficiencies
Acid reflux.

Since coconut water helps to maintain hydration and electrolyte balance, some people feel mentally clearer after drinking it.

Proper hydration helps with adequate electrolytes will help;
_Deliver oxygen and nutrients to the brain
_Support concentration
_Reduce fatigue
_Improve alert

3. MAY SUPPORT HEALTHY BLOOD PRESSURE
This is where coconut water shines the most.

It is naturally rich in potassium, a mineral that helps balance sodium in the body.

High sodium intake is a major contributor to elevated blood pressure.

increasing potassium intake may help:
_Relax blood vessels
_Improve circulation
_Reduce the effects of excess sodium
_Support healthy blood pressure levels

IF YOU have mild hypertension coconut water will go long way to hel

4 SUPPORT RECOVERY FROM STRESS AND FATIGUE
When the body is under stress, dehydration and electrolyte depletion can contribute to:
Weakness
Dizziness
Mental fatigue
Poor concentration
Coconut water provides a natural source of hydration without the excessive sugar found in many soft drinks.

5. IT'S ALSO VERY HELPFUL FOR PEOPLE ACID REFLUX
For people experiencing reflux symptoms such as:
Head pressure
Brain fog
Palpitations
Dizziness
A lump-in-the-throat sensation
Fresh coconut water is generally non-acidic and also soothing. It may help calm irritation and improve hydration.

⚠️ Now listen, Individuals with kidney issues should consult their doctor before consuming large amounts of coconut water because it's very high in potassium and therefore potassium can build up in the blood which is not good for a kidney patient

Again, if you already have low blood pressure, coconut water may go ahead to lower it the more. You may need to avoid it or take under medical supervision.

Fresh coconut water is preferable to packaged and canned juices anytime any day.

One coconut (about 250–500 ml) daily is usually enough for most people.

Drink it fresh and unsweetened.

YOU WILL BE FINE
