Hi, My name is Kelvin. Today I am going to be showing you how easy it is to grow a long healthy hair. we all want a long, healthy and super shiny hair, just like the celebrities we see. You also can achieve such a gorgeous look by leveraging of some basic hair products.
But today am going to introduce to you five easy tips on how to grow a long healthy hair.
(1)EAT GOOD FOOD: Unhealthy hair is a sign of poor diet, if your body doesn't get the right nutrient your hair also will lack the right nutrient it needs to grow well. Remember to include fresh fruits, vegetable and protein in your diet. drink loads of water, if there is need, multivitamins are also a great ways to get all the necessary nutrients the body needs.
(2 )MOISTURISE YOUR HAIR: Use a deep conditioner once every week. Oils are also good for your scalp and hair.
(3) USE A WIDE TOOTH COMB: The best comb for your hair is a wooden comb, if your hair is frizzy or tangled when its wet, use a wide tooth comb instead of a brush. I also advise you gently massage your scalp after washing to promote blood circulation.
(4)TRIMMING: I know ladies don't buy the idea of cutting their hair just because they feel it will only get short and won't grow again, as a matter of fact, as the hair gets longer it's getting less healthier, so trimming just half an inch every month will reduce chances of split ends. Especially if your hair is colored, the ends are dry and prone to split ends. so if you have split ends get a trim because there is no other way to repair split ends.
(5)AVOID THE USE OF HOT TOOLS: there is nothing worst for your hair than heat. Letting your hair dry naturally is the best for those who maintain their natural hair, and for those who keep permed hair limit the use of hot tools and make sure you apply a heat protection product before using heat.
