AKPU (FUFU) & GARRI: FERMENTATION IS FOR YOUR HEALTH

Cassava contains natural poisons, which is why it is never eaten raw. Our forefathers understood this wisdom: proper fermentation makes cassava safe and healthy.

When cassava is well fermented (akpu, garri, lafun):
✔ Harmful cyanide is removed
✔ Digestion is easier
✔ Gut health improves
✔ Sugar spikes are reduced

⚠️ Poor or rushed fermentation is dangerous
• Can cause stomach pain and irritation
• May affect the brain and nerves over time
• Can lead to long-term health problems

**LYMPHOCYTE LOGIC: THE CHILDREN'S VIRAL OUTBREAK THAT'S LEAVING A PAPER TRAIL, BUT NO ADVISORY**

An apparent surge in a flu-like illness is sweeping through the community, particularly affecting children, yet no formal public health advisory has been issued, leaving parents and healthcare providers navigating the situation with limited official guidance.

Various reports for Full Blood Count Results from our facility (IDEAL MEDICAL LABORATORIES) indicate a significant increase in pediatric testing for this illness. Of these tests, an alarming high rate of an elevated total white blood cell (WBC) count with a marked increase in lymphocytes.

Understanding the Lab Results
The white blood cell count is a key indicator of the body's immune response, as these cells fight infection. An elevated count, or leukocytosis, suggests the body is actively combating an invading agent.

**CALL FOR OFFICIAL GUIDANCE**
