You can eat once a day and still be eating wrongly.
Good health is not just about how often you eat, but the quality, quantity, and timing of your meals.
Portion your meals wisely, maintain a balanced diet, reduce excess oil, avoid late-night eating, and if possible practice intermittent fasting or window eating. After eating, move your body a little and avoid lying down immediately.
Eat to nourish your body, not just to satisfy hunger.
