Everyone talks about how beautiful pregnancy is.
And it is.
But there are also moments that feel lonely.
Moments where you’re tired in ways you can’t explain.
Moments where you’re trying to hold yourself together while life keeps moving.
What helped me most wasn’t a motivational quote or some life-changing breakthrough.
It was having something that reminded me I was still me.
Something that belonged to me.
Something I could nurture.
Something that gave me purpose outside of the uncertainty I was feeling.
It didn’t solve everything.
But it gave me structure.
It gave me hope.
And sometimes, that’s enough to help you keep going.
Looking back now, I’m grateful for that season.
Not because it was easy.
But because it taught me that even in the middle of change, growth is still possible.
If you’re walking through a difficult season right now, I hope you remember this:
The version of you that emerges from it may be stronger than you can imagine today.
What helped you through one of the hardest seasons of your life?
