THINGS THAT CAN DELAY CONCEPTION (BOTH MAN & WOMAN

Many couples are trying month after month but pregnancy is not coming. It is not always spiritual, sometimes it's medical. Let me teach you👇

FOR WOMAN:

👉. Irregular Ovulation / No Ovulation
If you don't ovulate, you can't get pregnant. PCOS, stress, thyroid problem, being too thin or overweight can stop ovulation.

👉. Blocked Fallopian Tubes
Past infection, untreated PID, STI can block tube. Egg cannot meet s***m.

👉. Hormonal Imbalance like
High prolactin, thyroid issues, low progesterone can delay conception.

👉 Uterine Issues
Fibroid, infection in womb, adhesions can prevent implantation.

👉 Age
After 35, egg quality can reduces. Don't wait too long without checking.

👉. Lifestyle
Stress, smoking, too much alcohol/sugar, lack of sleep, excessive caffeine, douching, using wrong lubricants that kill s***m.

FOR MAN:

👉. Low S***m Count / Poor Quality
This is number 1 If count, motility, morphology is low, pregnancy will delay.

👉. Infection
Untreated infection affects s***m health.

👉. Lifestyle
Tight boxers/heat around te**is, smoking, alcohol, hard drugs, sitting too long with laptop on lap, poor diet.

👉. Low Testosterone / Hormone Problem
Man too need hormone to produce s***m.

👉 Blockage or Varicocele
Swelling of veins in sc***um.

WAY FORWARD/ WHAT TO DO

Don't just keep trying blindly Do these check after 6 months to 1 year of trying

For Woman: Hormonal profile test, Pelvic scan, HSG test for tubes if doctor says so
For Man: Semen Analysis (SFA), Infection screening

And most importantly:
- Eat healthy, drink water
- Reduce stress
- Track ovulation correctly (don't guess)
- Treat infection completely - both partners!
- Stop self-medication with antibiotics

PROSTATE CANCER

Prostate cancer is a cancer that develops in the prostate gland, a small gland in men located below the bladder and in front of the re**um. It is one of the most common cancers affecting men, especially older men.

Risk Factors:
*Increasing age, especially after 50 years
*Family history of prostate cancer
*Certain inherited genetic changes
*Being overweight or obese
*Some lifestyle and dietary factors may contribute to risk.

Signs and Symptoms
*Early prostate cancer may cause no symptoms. When symptoms occur, they may include:
*Difficulty starting urination
*Weak or interrupted urine flow
*Frequent urination, especially at night
*Pain or burning during urination
*Blood in the urine or semen
*Difficulty maintaining an er****on
*Persistent pain in the back, hips, or pelvis in advanced disease.

These symptoms can also be caused by non-cancerous prostate conditions, so they should be medically evaluated.

Early Warning Signs of Cervical Cancer Most Women Ignore

Many women assume they are healthy because they feel fine. Unfortunately, early cervical cancer can develop silently. Recognizing the warning signs early can save lives.

1. Abnormal Vaginal Bleeding

Bleeding between periods, after s*x, or after menopause is one of the earliest warning signs that should never be ignored.

2. Unusual Vaginal Discharge

A watery, foul-smelling, or bloody discharge may indicate abnormal changes in the cervix.

3. Pain During Sexual In*******se

Persistent pain during s*x may signal irritation or disease affecting the cervix.

4. Pelvic or Lower Abdominal Pain

Unexplained pelvic discomfort that continues for weeks should be medically evaluated.

5. Heavier or Longer Menstrual Periods

Periods that suddenly become longer, heavier, or irregular may indicate cervical abnormalities.

6. Pain During Urination

Advanced irritation of nearby tissues may cause discomfort when passing urine.

7. Persistent Lower Back Pain

Chronic back or pelvic pain can occur when the disease progresses.

⸻

The Major Cause

The main cause of cervical cancer is persistent infection with Human Papillomavirus Infection (HPV).

Why Do Some People Age Faster Than Others? 10 Surprising Reasons”

1)high sun exposure – UV rays are one of the biggest causes of premature skin aging.
2) Smokers – smoking damages collagen and reduces blood flow to the skin.
3) People with chronic stress – prolonged stress can affect skin, hair, sleep and overall aging.
4) People who sleep poorly – consistently inadequate sleep can contribute to a tired, aged appearance.
5) People with poor nutrition – inadequate protein, vitamins, minerals and healthy fats can affect skin and hair.
6) People who drink a lot of alcohol – can contribute to dehydration and skin changes.
7) People with naturally dry or thin skin – wrinkles may become visible earlier.
8) People with certain genetic backgrounds – genetics strongly influence when wrinkles, grey hair and other aging changes appear.
9) People who lose a lot of weight rapidly – facial volume can decrease, making the face look older.
10) People with certain medical conditions or long-term medication use – some conditions and treatments can accelerate particular aging-like changes.

Infant jaundice is the yellow coloring of a newborn baby's skin and eyes. It's caused by a buildup of pigment called bilirubin in the baby's blood.

Why Do Some Newborn Babies Develop Jaundice?

A few days after birth, some babies develop yellowing of the eyes and skin, a condition known as jaundice. This happens when there is too much bilirubin in the baby’s blood.

Some common causes are 👇

baby’s liver is still immature and cannot remove bilirubin quickly.

# Blood group incompatibility between mother and baby.

# Premature birth.
# Infections in the newborn.
# Not feeding well in the first few days of life.

Jaundice is not usually transferred from one baby to another. However, certain medical conditions, infections, or blood-related problems can increase a baby’s risk of developing it.

Management depends on the cause and severity. Mild cases often improve with frequent feeding, while more severe cases may require phototherapy (special light treatment) in the hospital.

Most newborn jaundice is treatable when detected early, so parents should seek medical attention if they notice yellowing of their baby’s eyes or skin.

WHAT YOU ARE NOT CHANGING, YOU ARE CHOOSING

Every day, our habits quietly shape our future. The skipped workouts, poor sleep, constant junk food, stress, alcohol excess, and ignoring medical checkups may seem small today, but over time they become choices with consequences.

Health rarely collapses overnight. Most times, it is gradually negotiated away through repeated unhealthy habits. In the same way, wellness is built through small consistent decisions; drinking more water, exercising regularly, resting properly, eating better, and taking care of your mental health.

If something in your lifestyle is hurting your health and you keep postponing change, you are indirectly choosing the outcome that comes with it.

Change may be uncomfortable, but staying the same also has a cost.
Choose wisely.

FETAL MALFORMATIONS (BIRTH DEFECTS).

It occur when a baby’s organs or body structures do not form properly in the womb.

1. Genetic and Chromosomal Factors

--Chromosomal Abnormalities: Errors in the number or structure of chromosomes (such as an extra chromosome leading to Down syndrome) can severely disrupt normal embryonic development.

--Single-Gene Defects: Inherited gene mutations can prevent specific proteins or enzymes from forming correctly, resulting in conditions like cystic fibrosis or skeletal dysplasias.

--Family History: A biological history of congenital disorders significantly increases the likelihood of fetal malformation.

2. Environmental Factors (Teratogens)
Substance Use:
--Consuming alcohol (leading to Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders), smoking, or using recreational drugs heavily impairs fetal development.

--Medications: Certain prescription medications—such as retinoids (for acne), some anticonvulsants, and specific blood pressure drugs—are known to cause structural abnormalities.

--Radiation: High levels of exposure to radiation (e.g., from certain X-rays or cancer therapies) during the embryonic period can harm fetal cells.

3. Maternal Health and Nutrition

--Uncontrolled Diabetes: Pre-existing or gestational diabetes—especially if uncontrolled during the first trimester—can cause major heart, brain, and spinal defects.

--Nutritional Deficiencies: A lack of essential vitamins, particularly folic acid, is strongly linked to neural tube defects such as spina bifida.

--Obesity and High Fever: Maternal obesity or suffering from a high fever/heat exposure during the first trimester can interfere with proper organ formation.

4. Infections During Pregnancy

--Viral and Parasitic infections:
Maternal infections like rubella, Zika virus, cytomegalovirus (ClMV), syphilis, or toxoplasmosis can easily cross the placenta and damage developing fetal tissues.

If you are planning a pregnancy or are currently pregnant, you can reduce these

Common cause of irregular period

Even if you’re perfectly healthy, your period isn’t clockwork—it can shift and still be completely normal.

Here are 10 reasons your period date keeps changing:

1.) Your cycle is not a fixed calendar
Not everyone is exactly 28 days. Some people are 26, 30, or different each month and it’s still normal.

2.) Stress (because life isn’t always calm)
Pressure from school, work, or relationships can delay ovulation—and when ovulation shifts, your period follows suit

3.) Small hormonal fluctuations (body doing fine-tuning)
Even in healthy people, hormones can rise and fall slightly each month. That alone can change your date.

4.) Travel or change in routine
New environment, time zones, or even changing your daily schedule can confuse your b0dy clock a bit.

5. Sleep changes (night owl vs early bird)
If your sleep pattern keeps changing, your hormones may follow suit, affecting your cycle timing.

6.) Exercise changes (new gym energy )
Starting intens€ workouts or suddenly stopping exercise can shift your cycle slightly.

7.) Diet changes (new eating habits)
Skipping meals, dieting, or suddenly eating very differently can affect hormones even if you’re still “healthy.”

8.) Birth contro! or stopping it
Starting or stopping contraceptives can make your period irregular for a while as your body adjusts.

9.) Ovulation doesn’t happen same day every month
Your period comes about 2 weeks after ovulation. If ovulation shifts, your period date moves too

10.) Mild conditions like Polycystic O***y Syndrome (even early or mild)
You can feel “fine” but still have slight hormonal imbalance that causes irregular timing.

Note this!!

If your period:
• Comes every 21–35 days
• And doesn’t skip for months

👉 You’re most likely okay.

But get it checked if It disappears for 3 months+ and not pregn@nt please

Hope these is helpful ?
