During the weekend, we swapped the office for the outdoors and headed to UPBEAT, Lekki, ready to unwind, compete and connect beyond the work.

From football to team challenges, there was plenty of laughter, cheering and healthy competition.

But the real win wasn't on the scoreboard.

It was in seeing colleagues trust one another, communicate differently and work together outside their everyday roles.
