IF YOU'RE BETWEEN 20-45 YEARS HERE ARE TIPS TO FOLLOW
1. Watch your diet.
2. Limit sugar intake.
3. Say NO to alcohol.
4. Avoid foods high in calories rather eat foods high in fibre e.g Avocado, Broccoli, Brussel, Cabbage etc.
5. Eat onions daily, eating onions daily can prevent you from stroke, reduce cholesterol levels and prevent some cancer causing cells in your body.
6. Daily exercise, and a walk every morning will help prevent you from having heart problems.
7. Drink warm water everyday is 100 percent good for your health. Or Warm water Therapy for 30 days..
8. Avoid all junk's foods, this man was a fans to junk's foods.
9. Sometimes you can include intermittent fasting to your daily routine.
10. Eat more of Tomatoes, garlic, vegetables, Carrots , Avocado , Eggs at least 2-3 times a day etc.
11. Avoid too much bathing of cold water. Especially those suffering from, Pneumonia, Asthma, Tuberculosis, High blood pressure etc. please avoid them.
12. Say NO to Smoking or intake of hard drugs. It will damage your kidneys and liver.
13. Don't forget to check your vitals sign on a daily basic, most especially your blood pressure. A Pharmacist or a Doctor can help you with that.
14. Be consistent in taking fruits like Cucumbers, Avocado, carrots , nuts, banana should be on an empty stomach before food.
15. Avoid sodas drink.
16. Limit too much eating of beef.
17. Eat at least 7 eggs a week.
18. Energy drinks doesn't give energy, rather you take Glucose or N/S.
19. Drink at least 10 liters of water per day.
20. If you have headache, don't rush to consume painkillers find the root of the cause.
21. Avoid self medication, Confirm from a Doctor or a professional medical practitioner before taking any meds.
