Hypertension is one of the most common health problems today, but many people donβt even know they have it because it often has no early symptoms. Thatβs why it is sometimes called the βsilent killer.β
β οΈ Why you should care:
It increases the risk of stroke, kidney failure, and heart disease.
It can affect any age, not just older people.
Stress, poor diet, lack of exercise, and family history are major risk factors.

Simple steps to help prevent/manage it:
Reduce excess salt in your meals π§β
Eat more fruits & vegetables ππ₯¦
Exercise at least 30 mins a day πΆββοΈ
Avoid smoking & too much alcohol π
Check your blood pressure regularly π©Έ
