Lack of applause is not lack of worth.

Sometimes, your hard work goes unnoticed.
Sometimes, no one claps.

But that doesn’t mean it isn’t valuable.

Your worth isn’t measured by the recognition you get; it’s measured by the effort, resilience, and growth you put in every day.

Keep showing up.

Keep growing.

Validate yourself first. 💪

Give a heart if you’re showing up for yourself today and drop one win you’re proud of, even if no one saw it.

22 INTERESTING FACTS ABOUT BANANA 🍌

Continuation from the above post From ( 1 - 11 )

➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖

12. Over 100 billion bananas are eaten every year. That makes bananas one of the most popular fruits in the world and they are grown in more than 135 countries.

13. Plantains are bananas too. Plantains are a starchier variety of banana, usually cooked rather than eaten raw. It is common in Africa, the Caribbean, and Latin America.

14. As bananas ripen, their starch turns into sugar making them softer and sweeter. The brown spots on ripe bananas mean more natural sugar and easier digestion.

15. Green bananas are less sweet but higher in resistant starch, which helps control blood sugar and supports gut health. They are often boiled or fried in many tropical countries.

16. Many varieties of banana exist, which include Cavendish (dessert banana), plantain (cooking banana), red banana, and baby banana.

17. Don’t refrigerate bananas until they are ripe. To slow ripening, separate each banana or wrap the stem in plastic wrap.

18. Although healthy, eating too many bananas can lead to too much potassium (hyperkalemia) or excess sugar intake. 1–2 bananas a day is ideal for most people.

19. The inside of the peel of banana can be used to soothe insect bites, polish leather, or nourish plants as compost.

20. Banana may cause allergy in rare cases. Some people allergic to latex or certain fruits may react mildly to bananas.

Crispy Crackers

Ingredients:
For the Dough:
1 ½ cups (190 g) all-purpose flour
2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
½ tsp salt
½ tsp sugar
½ tsp baking powder (optional, for lightness)
¼ cup (60 ml) water (adjust as needed)

For Topping (optional):
Sea salt, sesame seeds, herbs, or chili flakes

Instructions:
Prepare the Dough:
In a bowl, combine flour, salt, sugar, and baking powder.
Add olive oil or butter and rub it into the flour until crumbly.
Gradually add water and knead into a smooth, firm dough.
Cover and rest for 15–20 minutes.

Roll Out the Dough:
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
Roll the dough very thin (about 1–2 mm) on a lightly floured surface.
Cut into squares, rectangles, or fun shapes using a knife or cookie cutter.

Add Toppings:
Place crackers on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Lightly brush with water or oil and sprinkle with toppings of choice — sea salt, sesame seeds, or herbs.
Prick each cracker with a fork to prevent puffing.

Bake:
Bake for 10–15 minutes, or until golden and crisp.
Keep a close eye — thin crackers brown quickly!

Cool and Store:
Let cool completely on a wire rack.
Store in an airtight container to keep them crunchy.
