Hanyoyin da mace mai ciki zatabi domin zama cikin koshin lafiya:
1- Idan mace tayi ciki yaron da yake cikinta yana zukan jininta sabida shine abincinsa wannan dalilin yasa mata masu ciki suna yawan samun karancin jini .
Yakamata ta samu nau’in abinci mai dauke da sinadarai masu gina jiki, kayan lambu, da kuma kayan mar-mari:
- Wake
- kifi
- Nama
- kwai da sauransu
Dakuma ganye da kayan itatuwa kamar su :
- Salat
- kabeji
- Alayyafo
- zogole
- Lemu
- kankana
- Apple dasauransu .
Wanda cin abinci lafiyayya yana karawa mata jini , lafiya , yana karawa yaron da yake cikib ta lafiya da kaifin basira .
2- Rayuwar yau da kullum na mai ciki dole ya banbanta da na sauran mutane.
a- mace mai juna biyu baikamata tadinga aikin wahala sosai ba , yakamata tadinga hutu ko wacce rana .
b- idan mace mai ciki bata da lafiya dole taje asibity domin gudun kada tayi amfani da maganin da zai zama mata matsala ,ko zai yakawo matsaka ga yaron cikinta .
c- tsaftar muhalli da tsaftar jiki yana da amfani sosai ga mace mai juna domin kare kanta da yaron cikinta daga kamuwa da cututtuka .
d- maccen da take yawan amai yakamata tayi amfani da busheshshen abinchi wanda hakan zai rage yawan amai ko kuma ya tsayar da aman gabaki daya .
3- Zuwa awu (Antenatal) yana da amfani sosai wanda alokocin awu za a auna aga yadda yaro ya kwanta a ciki .
Kuma ana auna aga wassu matsaloli masu kashe uwa da jaririnta domin a magance su , kamar su :
1- Hawan jini
2- Ciwon sugar na masu juna
3- Cutan kanjamau
4- Yawan Jini
5- Zazzabin cizon saura
6 - Halamar Eclampsia
4- Ina gargadin mata da sudinga amfani da maganin karin jini da ake basu a wajen awu (Antenatal).
