Weekend delicacy served 😋✨

Nothing beats a well-prepared plate of nkwobi to spice up the weekend. Rich flavors, fresh garnish, and that perfect local taste — every bite feels like home. ❤️🔥

🥘 How to Prepare Nkwobi (Simple Recipe)

Ingredients:
• Cow leg (cut into pieces)
• Palm oil
• Potash (akanwu)
• Onion
• Pepper
• Crayfish
• Seasoning cubes
• Salt
• Utazi leaves
• Dry fish or stockfish (optional)

Preparation:

1. Wash the cow leg very well.
2. Put it in a pot, add salt, seasoning, onion, and cook until soft.
3. Keep some of the meat stock aside.
4. Dissolve a little potash in water and sieve it.
5. Pour palm oil into a bowl and add the potash water gradually. Stir until it becomes thick and yellow.
6. Add pepper, crayfish, seasoning, and little meat stock.
7. Add the cooked cow leg and mix very well.
8. Garnish with sliced onions and utazi leaves.
9. Serve warm.

Friday mood activated 😌✨
Thank God it’s Friday! After a long week of lesson notes, classroom activities, answering “Teacher! Teacher!” a hundred times, and pouring love into little minds, this teacher is finally ready to refresh. 💕📚

Teaching is not always easy, but the smiles, growth, and happiness in our children make every stressful moment worth it. To every teacher and parent giving their best daily, your efforts matter more than you know.

At 2:17am, his phone rang.

He almost ignored it.

But something in his heart told him to pick up.

“Hello?” he said, half asleep.

Silence.

Then a soft voice… “I’m tired.”

He sat up immediately. “What happened?”

Another pause. Then… “I don’t

think I can do this anymore.”

His chest tightened.

He started talking—anything, everything. Reminding them of dreams they once shared… of small wins they forgot… of how far they had come.

Minutes turned into hours.

His voice was shaking, but he didn’t stop.

Finally… he heard it.

A deep breath. “I think… I’ll be okay.”
The call ended.

He didn’t sleep again that night.

The next day, he got a message: “Thank you for last night. You saved me.”

And that’s when it hit him…

Sometimes, you don’t need to have everything together. Sometimes, just being there… can save a life.

Be honest… Have you ever been that person on the call—or the one who needed it?
