How Typhoid actually enters your body

Headline: The dirty truth about how Typhoid spreads 🧼

Hello everyone! Let’s look at how Typhoid actually gets into people's bodies. It does not come from breeze, heat, or stress. It is strictly through what we call the fecal-oral route.
In simple terms: it means eating food or drinking water that has been contaminated with tiny, invisible particles of human f***s containing the bacteria. This happens when the person who prepared the food or chopped the fruit did not wash their hands properly after using the toilet. This is why hygiene is so important. Protect your stomach!

Typhoid is not just "heavy malaria"

Headline: Stop calling every strong malaria "Typhoid"! 🤒
Good morning family! Let’s start the week by clearing up a huge mistake. Many people think that when malaria is "heavy" or refuses to go, it automatically means they have Typhoid. That is a big lie!
Malaria is caused by mosquitoes, while Typhoid is a bacterial infection caused by a germ called Salmonella typhi. They are not brothers, and they don't use the same medicine. If you are treating malaria and it’s not going, don't just guess and start buying typhoid drugs on your own. Always treat based on proper information!

Your health is your greatest wealth.❤️

The Danger of Stopping BP Drugs

🛑 Headline: "I am feeling fine, let me stop my BP medicine."

Good evening, family! ❤️
This one is very important for our parents, uncles, aunties, and even some of us here.
If a doctor has placed you on blood pressure medicine, please don't stop taking it just because you feel perfectly fine now.
Remember we said high blood pressure is a silent killer? Most people don't feel sick even when their BP is high. The medicine is helping to keep it under control.
If you stop taking it without your doctor's advice, your blood pressure can rise again and increase your risk of stroke, heart attack, kidney damage, or other serious problems.
Always talk to your doctor before stopping or changing your BP medicine.

Managing Blood Pressure Naturally

📉 Headline: How to bring your BP down naturally

Happy Friday! Yesterday we talked about what causes High BP. Today, let's look at how to fight it before it even requires expensive everyday drugs.

🔶Cut down the salt: Reduce processed foods and stop adding raw salt to your food. Reduce salt and sodium intake such as seasoning cube etc.
🔶Exercise your body: A 20–30 minute walk, dancing, or any physical activity most days of the week can help.
🔶Find time to rest: We know the country is tough, but your body needs sleep to reset. Try to get at least 7 hours of sleep.
🔶Try not to worry too much: We all have problems, but too much stress and overthinking are not good for your health.
🔶Reduce excess body weight: Having too much body weight can increase your risk of high blood pressure. Eat healthy foods and stay active.
🔶Reduce fried and oily foods: Try not to eat fried foods and oily stews all the time. Eat more fruits and vegetables whenever you can.
🔶If you smoke or drink alcohol, try to cut down: Your heart will thank you for it.

What brings High Blood Pressure?

Headline: How does someone even get High BP? 🤔

Hello everyone! Following our post this afternoon, let's look at what actually pushes blood pressure up. Although family history plays a role, our daily habits also matter.
🔸 Too much salt: Eating foods with too much salt or sodium, including excessive seasoning cubes and adding extra table salt to meals.
🔸 Stress and poor sleep: Constant stress, worry, and not getting enough sleep can contribute to high blood pressure.
🔸 Lack of physical activity: Sitting for long hours without regular exercise can increase your risk.
🔸 Smoking and excessive alcohol intake: Both can damage your heart and blood vessels over time.

The good news is that many of these risk factors can be managed through healthy lifestyle choices.
Join us tomorrow morning as we discuss simple and affordable ways to help control high blood pressure.

Your health is your greatest wealth. ❤️
