No1. Take a full glass cup of warm clean water added grape juice mixture in empty stomach in the morning 1to 2 hours before meal, if necessary you have to eat, but if you don't have to, it works better

3. Get dry Cinnamon back... You can get it from recipes sellers in the market, and powder it, put it in a clean well covered container.
Get ginger,wash in clean water, slice it and dry, powder it and put in a very neat cover container.
Take a level of teaspoon of ginger, and half teaspoon of Cinnamon in a tea cup, and pour very hot water into it to streaming for 20 minutes, and add one ball of average size of lemon juice, stirred together and filter, drink 1 to 2 hours before going to bed to sleep.
