From the very first check-in to the final conversation… 🤍
Saturday wasn’t just an event it was a safe space where women showed up for themselves in the most intentional way.
It started with quiet, intentional moments of health checks choosing awareness, choosing care.
Then came honest conversations… women opening up, sharing, connecting, and realizing they’re not alone.
We took important steps together from pap smear screenings to deeper, often unspoken conversations about our bodies and health. No fear, no shame… just support.
And in between, there were moments of learning listening to specialists who brought clarity, answered questions, and reminded us that our health deserves attention, not delay.
Soft laughter, meaningful connections, and a room full of women choosing themselves… again and again.
And to Joyce Daniels - Global MC/Speaker & Public Speaking Trainer Jolayemi Waliyat thank you for bringing your voice, your presence, and your powerful insights into the room. Your words reminded us that how we show up for ourselves matters just as much as how we show up for the world.
To every woman who showed up thank you for choosing yourself, for being present, and for trusting the process. 🤍
Special thanks to The Corporate Muslimah (TCM) Foundation for showing up and adding so much value to the experience we appreciate your presence and support.
This is what it looks like to rest, reset, and reconnect.
