5 MORNING HABITS THAT WILL TRANSFORM YOUR DAY.

1. Hydrate Before You Caffeinate
· Action Step: Keep a full glass of water on your nightstand. Before you check your phone or grab coffee, drink the entire glass. Your body is dehydrated after 6-8 hours of sleep—fuel it first.
2. Move Your Body (Even for 5 Minutes)
