How to tell where your pain is coming from 👀
Joint Pain
* Deep ache
* Stiffness
* Pain with movement
* Feels “inside” the joint
Muscle Pain
* Sore or tight
* Tender to touch
* Worse with stretching or exercise
Tendon Pain
* Very specific spot
* Sharp with activity
* Worse after loading/exercise
Nerve Pain
* Burning or tingling
* Electric/shooting pain
* May travel down arm or leg
