Our Wellness Event in celebration of was everything we hoped it would be and more.

It wasn’t just a routine health check; it became a safe space where entrepreneurs finally got answers to questions about managing stress and tips for work life balance.

Our speakers delivered with clarity and compassion on the importance of physical and mental and . Ms. Ifeoma discussed stress, what it is , and how it impacts us. And Dr. Folake discussed overall health.

A huge thank you to our incredible partner, Iyewo, led by Dr. Folake Kofo-Idowu, who brought her team that performed vital health checks and also explained the importance of a healthy entrepreneur.

We’re grateful, inspired, and reminded once again that healthy entrepreneurs build healthy businesses.
