Sometimes when things seem slow, just pause and be grateful. For the small things, the small wins and almost zero victories.
The year is almost over, so much has happened but we can still be grateful that we have made it this far.

Always moisturize in damp or wet hair.
Personally I moisturize on damp hair to avoid excessive dripping from my hair.
Dry hair is a no no.

Sometimes it helps to know why certain steps are part of your wash day routine. I try to pre-poo at least once a month, I love the feel and softness of my hair after.
