Is Butter Healthy ❓❓..
Many stories have been spread by commercial an industrial system concerning weight loss...
Part of the stories comes Butter been healthy or not , We were made to believe that Butter is unhealthy to the body, that it causes fat to the body ..
But guess what ! Its a blatant lie..
Now the truth is "Butter is Healthy to the body" but in Moderation , Anything you take in to the body should/must be Moderate....
We have so many reasons why "Butter is Healthy" to the body...I will emphasize on Two of them today...
* Butter Contains much of healthy Saturated Fats ; .
Be calm , I know you have been told that saturated fats are bad , but I will play it down to "BAD SCIENCE".
Recent studies suggest that there's no association at all between , saturated Fats & Cardiovascular disease..
Butter contains a decent amount of Short and Medium chain Fats which are Metabolize differently from other fats...They led to Improve Satiety and increased "Fat burning" Process..
* Butter Lowers "Heart Attack Risk" ( Not Margarine)..
You might have been told to replace butter with margarine..It simply means you replaced something "Healthy" with something bad that contains highly processed and trans fats..
Margarine increase the risk of "Cardiovascular disease" but butter had no effect " According to research".
Another study revealed that High - fat diary consumption reduced the risk of heart diseases by 70% , Mostly because of increase in Vitamin k2 intake..
So now you know ( Butter is Healthy ) but must be taken with moderation..
