D-PENTAGON SENIOR CITIZENS ASSOCIATION (PSCA)
Was incorporated in Nigeria with registration number Rc: 9636056 established to bridge the gap regarding Dependent and independent senior citizens in Nigeria.

PSCA is a non-profit, non-ethnic,non-political and non-religious association dedicated to enhancing the quality of life,health,and social inclusion of senior citizens in Nigeria. We currently serve [13,240] members across Local Government Areas through advocacy, wellness programs, and community engagement.

The Problem: Thousands of seniors in Nigeria face growing challenges of social isolation, limited access to routine healthcare, and financial vulnerability. Local surveys indicate that over 40% of elderly residents have not had a basic health screening in the past year, while many lack safe community spaces for interaction and support.

Our Solution: PSCA proposes the _[HEALTHY AGEING FOR THE SENIORS]_ to directly reach 50000 senior citizens over 72 months through:
1. Monthly mobile health screening clinics in partnership with medical volunteers
2. Bi-monthly “Elder Connect” community forums for skills sharing and companionship
3. Advocacy and sensitization campaigns to promote elder-friendly policies

Impact: This project will result in early detection of health issues for over 30000 seniors, reduce reported loneliness by 60% among participants, and create a replicable community-care model for LGAs across the States.
