Guys I have to say this , that I am tired of having to explain to people how I am a registered nurse, who actually when to school to gain the skills and knowledge but can’t work aboard as a nurse because of a 2years post qualification by the NMCN, I’m tired of having to explain that since 2023, NMCN HAS not released certificate of registered nurses.
After spending three in nurses school, five years in the university the least we should expect is our certificate of hour because we did our due diligence we passed the exam, clinicals, different postings, the practical exam. We played our role, so what should we have to fight for our certificates?. Passing your exams. Nursing in Nigeria currently dosent have a good PR, with issues of quackery here and there, and the trying to buy back the name of this profession, this is the least we expect. How do you explain that you’re a registered nurse yet your certificate is hanging in the air. thousands of Nigerian nurses right now. Since 2023, the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria has not been issuing certificates to nursing graduates across the country. It’s not enough that the 2years post qualification rule has put a hold to so many nurses plans and aspirations now this??
We’ve heard enough, nursing and midwifery council of Nigeria, release out certificates
These are people’s future their career, the wait is enough
