💙 Your Health Is Worth So Much More

As men move through different stages of life changes in urinary health can sometimes occur. A weaker flow, difficulty starting, getting up often at night, or other changes are worth discussing with your doctor.

Your health is a gift. Your life matters. Don’t wait until a problem becomes a crisis.

Most men won't read your health advice if the headline doesn't catch their attention.

Here's how to write headlines that make men stop scrolling—and start taking their health seriously ( Gleaned from my social media management class).

Your headline is often the only chance you have to get a man to read an important health message.

If it doesn't grab him in 2 seconds, he'll keep scrolling.

Here are 5 headline formulas that work:

1. The Number Headline
"7 Health Checks Every Man Over 40 Should Never Ignore"

Numbers promise practical, easy-to-follow advice.

2. The How-To Headline
How to Lose Belly Fat Without Spending Hours in the Gym"

Men want solutions they can apply immediately.

3. The Question Headline
"Are You Ignoring These Early Warning Signs of Heart Disease?"

Questions create curiosity and encourage self-reflection.

4. The Warning Headline
"Stop Brushing Off Constant Tiredness—It Could Be More Than Stress"

A warning creates urgency and can prompt someone to seek help early.

5. The Result Headline
"How One Simple Daily Habit Helped This Man Lower His Blood Pressure Naturally"

People are inspired by real, achievable results.

Before posting your next men's health tip, write five different headlines and choose the one that makes you want to read

Which headline would make you stop scrolling?

Or better still, write a men's health headline in the comments, and I'll help you make it even stronger.

Some conversations change your life. ❤️

Recently, I had the privilege of interviewing my childhood friend, Dr. T**ilola Banjoko OBE—a global humanitarian leader serving on several international boards at Notting Hill Gate, London

What inspired me most wasn't her impressive titles. It was her honesty.

She openly shared her journey through depression, unemployment, financial hardship, and seasons when hope seemed far away. Yet, through faith in Jesus Christ, resilience, and the support of family and community, God wrote an extraordinary story.

One quote that stayed with me:
"Marry your friend. Marry someone who helps you fly." ✨

Another:
"Don't compete with your boss. Help your boss succeed."

Powerful reminders that true greatness is built on humility, authenticity, forgiveness, and lifting others.

Thank you, T**i, for reminding us that our current circumstances do not determine our future. God still turns setbacks into testimonies.

What's one challenge that has shaped the person you're becoming? I'd love to hear below. 👇

Many people think content writing and copywriting are the same thing. They aren't. Knowing the difference could be the reason one post gets likes while another gets customers.

Let's use my natural shea butter brand as an example.

If I write:
"Our shea butter is made with nourishing natural essential oils of lavender and lemongrass, enriched with Vitamins A & E and natural antioxidants to leave your skin soft, smooth and glowing."

That's content writing. It educates people about the product and helps build trust.

But if I write:
"Ready for naturally soft, glowing skin? Treat yourself to our richly nourishing shea butter today and experience 24-hour moisture. Order yours now!"

That's copywriting. The purpose is to inspire immediate action.

Both are essential.

Content nurtures relationships.
Copy drives decisions.

The most effective brands don't choose one over the other—they know when to use each. Learning to combine both is a skill that can transform your marketing and your business.

Call to Action

Before today, did you think content writing and copywriting were the same? Which one comes more naturally to you—educating your audience or persuading them to take action? Let me know in the comments.

Why would a doctor want to learn social media management?
I have been creating and posting content for several years. Yet, it has only recently dawned on me that great communication is both an art and a science.

Like poetry, impactful content has rhythm and flow. But behind every compelling post lies strategy, psychology, creativity and intention.
I'm discovering that social media management is far more than uploading content. It begins with an idea, develops through content creation, is refined by copywriting, and extends into managing social media pages, newsletters, blogs, websites, communities and data analytics.

As a doctor, I've realised that knowledge alone is not enough. Whether we're educating patients, combating misinformation, leading organisations or inspiring healthier lives, our message is only as powerful as our ability to communicate it.

To me, social media management is the modern toolkit for storytelling. It's a skill that can give birth to books, documentaries, films, editorials and movements that change how people think and act. That's why I want to learn it—not to chase followers, but to become a better communicator, educator and leader with greater impact.

What skill have you learned that completely changed the way you see your profession? I'd love to hear your thoughts in the comments.

Once in a while, an event comes along that offers more than inspiration—it creates space for meaningful reflection, honest conversation, and lessons that stay with you long after the evening ends.

Leadership is rarely a straight path. It is shaped by moments of faith, resilience, difficult decisions, quiet perseverance, and God's sustaining grace.

I'm looking forward to hosting a Leadership Fireside Chat with Dr T**ilola Banjoko Osiyemi, where we'll explore the themes of leadership and legacy through authentic stories, practical insights, and the experiences that have shaped an extraordinary journey of service.

If you're passionate about purposeful leadership, personal growth, or making a lasting impact, I believe you'll find this conversation both encouraging and thought-provoking.

Over the years, our Girls' Outreach has been about so much more than events—it's been about transformation.

We've helped build confidence and self-esteem, taught practical skills such as bead-making, bag-making, and hairstyling, while mentoring and encouraging young girls to discover their God-given potential.

But tomorrow marks another exciting milestone.

Over **100 girls** will be trained in a vital life skill—**cooking**. 🍲❤️

My heart is overflowing with gratitude as an incredible army of women volunteers is ready to serve with excellence.

To every volunteer:
✨ Those who printed and distributed leaflets.
✨ Those donating ingredients and cooking materials.
✨ Those giving up their time to teach.
✨ Those discipling and mentoring the girls in small groups.

Thank you for saying **yes**.

You are planting seeds that will shape lives, strengthen families, and transform communities for years to come.

May tomorrow be a day these girls will never forget, and may God richly bless every hand that serves.

Together, we are raising confident, skilled, purpose-filled young women who will take their place on society as confident women in the Kingdom of God..
