Did you get your PCOS or fibroid diagnosis early, or did it take years? Tell us your story

Sometimes, the one thing standing between you and the results you want is not a lack of effort.

It’s not knowing what’s actually wrong.

You can take supplements, eat better, track your cycle, exercise, and do everything you think you’re supposed to do, but if you don’t understand what’s happening inside your body, you may just be guessing.

And when you’re guessing, you can spend months trying the wrong things while the real issue remains unaddressed.

Your body is communicating with you through your symptoms. The irregular cycles, painful periods, hormonal changes, difficulty ovulating, stubborn weight changes, acne and other changes may be telling you that something needs attention.

You don’t need more random advice.

You need to understand your body, your hormones, and what may actually be standing in your way.

Stop guessing. Start understanding. đź’ś

About two years ago, one of my students, Chioma, had to take weekly breaks from work for almost two months because of constant bleeding caused by PCOS.

Prior to that, she hadn’t seen her period for almost four months, and when it finally came, it wanted to take her life. It was a very difficult phase for her.

Somehow, she found out that her coworkers were making snide remarks about her breaks and how “common period” was dealing with her.

They didn’t understand what she was going through, and those remarks only made her feel worse.

When she tried to explain a little about her PCOS struggles, some of them went on to suggest she was barren.

Words meant to shame her. Words meant to make her feel small.

Honestly, if you don’t understand someone’s struggle, your judgment is meaningless. It only reflects your ignorance.

You don’t know what another person is carrying inside. You don’t see the sleepless nights, the pain, the anxiety, the frustration, or the body that doesn’t seem to cooperate.

So before you throw words, side-eyes, or snide comments, stop. Step back. Try empathy.

This was before she joined my class in 2024. Back then, she was battling her body and the ignorance around her.

Fast forward to today, she has a beautiful daughter and is currently pregnant. She even brings her baby to work because the office has a nursery. 🥹💜

I’m just happy she no longer has to endure those stares or cruel words.

This is exactly why I created the PCOS program and community.

A place where women are understood, supported, and held accountable. Where you get live sessions, guidance to tackle the root causes of PCOS, and a safe space to ask questions without judgment.

You don’t have to fight this alone.

I abring better weekend updates for Una oooo

Do you know someone whose period comes whenever it feels like it? Maybe it’s every 35 days or every 3 months or maybe you’ve completely lost track because it’s so unpredictable.

Over the years, one of the first things I ask women about is their menstrual cycle because your period can reveal a lot about what’s happening inside your body.

An irregular cycle may be a sign that your hormones need attention. That’s why supporting your hormones matters.
What you eat, how you sleep, how you manage stress, and whether you’re getting key nutrients matters.

If your cycle has been irregular for a while, I highly recommend The Perfect Hormone. It’s a supplement made just for people like you to help you regulate those hormones and improve your chances of ovulating and conceiving.

Some of you must enter Antenatal this year oh! If your hormones have been the biggest issue.

And that’s why I’m doing a weekend slash.

Ovulation is important, but it’s only one part of the fertility picture.

There’s more to conception than simply confirming that you ovulated, timing, s***m health, reproductive health, and the overall hormonal environment can all matter.

So if you’re tracking ovulation but still have unanswered questions, don’t stop at the positive ovulation test.

Join our community today by sending me a DM. We’re waiting for you💜.

Don't forget to book for your consultation.
