Cucumber 🥒, Green Apple 🍏, lime, Ginger, celery and Avocado 🥑.

Recipe:
• 1 ripe avocado
• 1 big cucumber
• 2 moderate green apple
• 1 lime
• 2 celery stalk
• 2 small piece of fresh ginger
• 1 cup water

Wash and cut together the cucumber, green apple, celery, and ginger. Add them to a blender with the avocado, fresh lime juice, and water.

Blend all together very well until smooth. Serve immediately or refrigerate briefly and enjoy chilled.

It helps to boost immune system, blood circulation,it calms the nerves and also help to nack very well with full energy.
