On 7th of April 2026, we took a bold step towards breaking the silence around maternal mental health 💙
Herrytommy Mental Health Care Foundation had the privilege of engaging pregnant women at the Primary Health Care Centre, Ibafo, on the importance of mental health in reproductive care.
From heartfelt conversations to shared experiences, we reminded women that: 🧠 Their mental health matters
🤰 Pregnancy is not just physical, it’s emotional too
💬 Speaking up is strength, not weakness
We also educated participants on:
Emotional changes during pregnancy
Baby Blues vs Postpartum Depression
When and how to seek help
The response was powerful, the engagement was real, and the impact was meaningful.
✨ We are proud to be part of a movement that ensures no woman suffers in silence.
