When I initially started on the 28th of March (a day after my baby turned 1), i discovered I added 2kg while doing intermittent fasting ONLY. So I knew that that approach wouldnβt work for me in my current situation.
So this was my starting point (weight and body statistics) as at 26th of April, 2026
Bust - 39
Waist - 35
Hips - 45
Bicep - 14
Weight - 82.5kg

I ended up NOT using the Waisted To Perfection hunger block formula. I only used the green tea. Which helped to curb my craving especially in the morning. So I was able to do OMAD (One Meal A Day) on most days and maximum of 2 meals a day.
I did my cardio by either walking, jogging, HIIT, skipping or using a stepper. I used barbells, dumbbells and resistance band for my weight and strength training.

If Iβm to judge myself as an actual coach, I would say I still have a poor sleeping habit and Iβm stressed out most days. Coupled with the fact that I am still breastfeeding. All these can affect weightloss progress.
However, Iβm super glad that I started this journey and the Lord has been helping me thus far.

Yesterday made it one month, and so I checked my weight and body statistics (that video will be posted before the end of today by Gods grace) but I must say, I am pleased with the result so far. We have a new weight guys ππ½ππ½ππ½ππ½ππ½πͺπ½πͺπ½ππ½ββοΈππ½ββοΈ
Letβs see how Day 31 to 60 would be especially when i eventually stop breastfeeding.
