CUTTING OFF PROCESSED FOODS AND DRINKS

If you are trying to lose weight, you must stop eating nearly all types of processed foods. This include bottled drinks, canned foods, and fruit juice that are processed including alcohol intake. In fact alcohol works against fat loss.

The reason you cut off these foods is because, the sugar content of these foods can start an alarming fat gain process in your body especially if you live a sedentary lifestyle. Just a small amount of any of them can result to big changes in your weight.

Do you know why it seems that processed foods don’t have any effect on younger ones like teenagers and children below the teen years? It’s because these group of people are in their developmental stages in life and they use up a lot of energies to speed up these processes of development.

As a person completes this stage, the body’s metabolic rate slows down and you will need an exercise to keep your body burning fat at that rate.

HIGH INTENSITY EXERCISES

If there is a way exercises can be prepared and bottled up as a drug, many companies will make billions of dollars selling exercise in a bottle. The truth is doing exercise is one of the healthiest activities you can engage yourself in.

If you exercise regularly, your heart pumps blood faster to the brain and other vital organs of the body. Fat burning is at it’s peak when exercises are undertaken. The muscles which is the tissue that accelerates fat burning are well fed and are stronger.

However, if you are already fat and you want to burn off your fat at a higher rate, there are exercise you need to engage in to achieve a weekly 5kg fat burn. These exercises are called High Intensity Exercises.

When you do these exercises for just 15 – 20 minutes your body becomes a fat-burning furnace, and at this point you can eat whatever food you like and no fat will be added to your body because the fat-burning effect will last for 2 – 3 days.

To get a good result, you need to do at least 3 – 4 different high intensity exercises. An example of a high Intensity exercise is Push ups and squats.

If you can do 20 reps of push-ups with 30 reps of squats, it will go a long way.

EATING A BALANCED FOOD

Every weight loss enthusiast should strive to maintain a high level of eating only natural foods all the time. The body’s ability to burn fat is accelerated when you eat 5 – 6 times daily. A typical Nigerian Food plan that can have a good result can come in the following way:

Breakfast: Vegetable Soup + Fish + Intestines with little portion of Eba + water.

Mid Morning: Fruit salad

Lunch: Rice and Beans with Chicken

Evening: Apples or Banana and Groundnut
