USE THIS MIXTURE👇
To support immunity, reduces inflammation, and aid digestion.
The curcumin in turmeric is more effective when paired with black pepper, while ginger adds warming properties that soothe the stomach and circulation. Blended into honey, these herbs become easy to enjoy.

Ingredients (makes about 1 cup):

1 cup raw honey

2 Tbsp fresh turmeric root, grated (or 1 Tbsp ground turmeric)

2 Tbsp fresh ginger root, grated

½ tsp freshly ground black pepper (boosts turmeric absorption)

Optional: 1 tsp cinnamon or a squeeze of lemon for extra flavor

Instructions:

In a clean glass jar, combine the honey with grated turmeric, ginger, and black pepper.

Stir well until evenly mixed. (If using ground turmeric, whisk until fully incorporated.)

Taste and adjust. Add more ginger for spice, more turmeric for earthiness, or more pepper for absorption.

Seal the jar tightly and let it infuse for at least 24 hours at room temperature before using. The flavors deepen over time.

Store in a cool, dry place. Stir before each use
