Before You can be Able to Calculate your Ovulation, You have to know Your Cycle Length ✅

How to Calculate Ovulation is by Subtracting 14 Day from your cycle length
For Example, Someone with 25 day cycle will Ovulate on Day 11
25 -14 =11

Not Every Woman Ovulate on the 14th Day,it is Strictly for Women With 28 day Cycle, Which is 28 - 14 = 14 , They are the only one that Ovulate on the 14 day After Me**es 👈👈

So Here are Simply Tricks on How You Can Calculate your Ovulation;

21 - 14 = 7
22 - 14 = 8
23 - 14 = 9
24 - 14 = 10
25 - 14 = 11
26 - 14 = 12

27 - 14 = 13
28 - 14 = 14
29 - 14 = 15
30 - 14 = 16
31- 14 = 17

32 - 14 = 18
33 - 14 = 19
34 - 14 = 20
35 - 14 = 21

You can apply this - 2 ,+ 2 method in any of the Cycle Length/Ovulation ✅

For Example Since Someone with 23 Day cycle Can Ovulate on Day 9 of Her Me**es 🩸, By applying - 2 ,+ 2 days
She is Likely to Ovulate on 7 and 8 Before 9th Which is the Ovulation Day (- 2 days)

OR She will Ovulate on 10 and 11th Day After Ovulation Now Here is Where + 2 Comes in , Now She is not Ovulating on the 9th Day But 2 Days After

OR She Ovulate on the Exact Day of the Ovulation Which is Day 9 Which Every 23 Day Cycle Woman is Expected to Ovulate

Example 2 ; A woman With 28 day Cycle Length is likely to Ovulate on the 14th Day of Me**es 🩸 ,Or 2 Days Before Ovulation ( - 2 ) Which will Happen on Day 12 and 13 of Me**es
OR She will Ovulate on 2 Days After ( + 2 ) Ovulation Day 14 Which will be on 15th and 16th Day of Me**es

In this Phase You are to have Patient,Wait till you Clock 40 Weeks Before Visiting the hospital for the Delivery Your Baby 🐥

Do not allow anyone to pressurize you to Go for your delivery 🫄 when still at 37 Or Even 38 Weeks

The Only people that were Expected to give birth Maybe 37 Or 38 Weeks are the Multi - Para Which are Women who have Given birth 🤱 to More than 2 Children/babies

Every woman have their Monthly flow differently from each other

Different Cycle Length, Different Luteal Phase or Ovulation Phase

Luteal Simply mean a hormone that is responsible for Ovulation that is the Release of egg from the O***y

You Need to know this Every Woman have different Day they have their Monthly Flow and also different day their O***y Releases Egg which is the Ovulation

Not Every woman Ovulate on the 14 Day , this is strictly for women that have 28 day cycle Length, They can likely Ovulate on the 14 th day of their me**es

Some Women may have short cycle While others will have long Cycle

Women have 21,22,23,24,25,26,27,28,29,30,31,32,33,34,35 days cycle, depending on how your own count
Cycle Length that's from 21 - 35 days

You Can Detect Your Ovulation By Subtracting 14 Days from Your Menstrual Cycle
Example 21 -14 = 7
22 - 14 = 8
23 - 14 = 9
24 - 14 = 10
25 - 14 = 11
26 - 14 = 12 and so on
Remember We Have Cycle Length from 21 Day to 35 which is the Longest Cycle, You Subtract 14 Day from Each of the Cycle That is How to Know Your Ovulation

Although this Method Can Also be Applied 2 days Before Ovulation Which is - 2

OR 2 Days After Ovulation Which is + 2

For Example a 21 day Cycle Woman will Ovulate Exactly on the 7th That is During the Ovulation
Or She will Ovulate on Minus (- 2 )Before the Ovulation Day Which is Between 5 and 6th Day
Or plus ( + 2) After Ovulation Which is 8 and 9th Day

Example 2; A Woman with 28 Day Cycle Length 🩸 Will Ovulate on the 14th Day Which is the Exact Day of Ovulation,Or She will either Ovulate - 2 Days before 14 Which is between 12 and 13 ,Or She will Ovulate + 2 Days After Which is 15 and 16

Example 3;A lady with 35 Day Cycle Length is Likely to Ovulate on the 21st Day of Me**es 🩸 Which is the Exact Day of Ovulation/Ovulation suppose to Happen
Or She will Ovulate 2 Days Before 19 and 20 Before 21
Or She is likely to Ovulate 2 Days After Which is 22 and 23 After 21

You Can apply this - 2 or + 2 to Every Cycle that is 2 Days Before Ovulation and Two Days After Ovulation

Note 👈 An O***y Releases Egg two Days Before Ovulation, During the Day of Ovulation and Two Days After Ovulation

With the above 👆 👆 Examples you Can be Able to Calculate Your Ovulation and Track Your Fertile Windows
