👉0.9% Normal Saline (NS) — used for fluid replacement and certain cases of sodium and chloride loss.
👉 Ringer’s Lactate (RL) / Hartmann’s solution — a balanced fluid used for fluid and electrolyte replacement.
👉5% Dextrose in Water (D5W) — provides water and glucose; its effects on body fluids change after glucose is metabolized.
👉0.45% Sodium Chloride (Half Normal Saline) — a hypotonic saline solution used in selected situations.
👉Dextrose Saline — contains glucose and sodium chloride; the exact composition varies by product.
👉5% Dextrose in 0.9% Saline (D5NS) — provides glucose along with sodium chloride.

🔎 Watch out for:
✅ A new lump in the breast or armpit.

✅ Persistent breast pain.

🚨 URINARY TRACT INFECTION (UTI): KNOW THE WARNING SIGNS! 🩺

Do you experience a burning sensation when urinating, frequent trips to the toilet, or pain in your lower abdomen? These may be signs of a urinary tract infection (UTI). 💧

✅ Common symptoms:

- Burning or pain when urinating
- Frequent urge to urinate
- Passing small amounts of urine
- Cloudy or bloody urine
- Lower abdominal discomfort

💧 How to protect yourself:
✔️ Drink enough water.
✔️ Avoid holding urine for too long.
✔️ Wipe from front to back after using the toilet.
✔️ Seek medical care if you notice symptoms.

⚠️ Important: If you have fever, chills, back or side pain, or vomiting, seek urgent medical attention. If you are pregnant and suspect a UTI, contact your healthcare provider promptly.
