▪️INGREDIENTS:
-- 2 Red Onions 🧅
-- 2 Garlic Cloves 🧄
-- 2 Lemon 🍋
-- 2 tablespoons of Honey

▪️PROCEDURE:
-- Chop the onion 🧅 and garlic 🧄
-- Boil in 1 liter of water for 15 minutes to obtain this dark color.

-- Then strain and add the lemons, then add 2 tablespoons of honey.
Stir and drink half a glass twice a day (morning and evening).

Fortunately, some home-made treatments have proven to be very effective in reducing stretch marks or making them disappear completely.

Carrot
The first thing to do is to cook a carrot until it is steamed. she is tender. Then you need to crush it and place it on the affected areas. He must be allowed to act for at least half an hour. Finally, rinse with cold water as hot water can cause more damage to the skin with stretch marks.

Aloe vera and avocado
Aloe vera and avocado together have a great power of tissue regeneration. They can therefore end up with stretch marks. For this preparation we will need:
- half an avocado
- an aloe vera leaf
- a teaspoon of olive oil
