Symptoms of high blood pressure:
High blood pressure (hypertension) often has no symptoms, which is why itβs called a silent killer.
When symptoms occur, they may include headache, dizziness, blurred vision, fatigue, palpitations, nosebleeds, chest pain, and shortness of breath.
Very high BP can cause severe headache, confusion, vision loss, chest pain, seizures, or loss of consciousness and needs urgent care.
Thus, it is advisable to check your BP anytime you notice any of the above symptoms.
