I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to take a moment to share something important with all of you.
Recently, I have been going through some challenges with my mental health due to emotional and psychological trauma. It has become increasingly apparent that I need to prioritize my well-being and take a break from social media, including Facebook.
I have reached a point where I need some time for self-reflection, self-care, and seeking support from professionals and loved ones. Therefore, I have decided to step away temporarily from Facebook to focus on my healing journey.
While this break is necessary for me, please know that it in no way reflects my love or care for each one of you. I am immensely grateful for your friendship and support, and I hope you understand this decision.
During this time, I kindly request your understanding and patience. Know that I will miss interacting with you all, but I believe this break will ultimately contribute to my overall well-being. Feel free to reach out through other means of communication if necessary, as I value our connection.
Remember, it is okay to prioritize our own well-being. We all have our individual struggles, and taking the time to heal and recharge is an important part of that journey.
