I thought let’s organise my first Cacao ceremony on New Year’s Eve! But the city was restless, I got sick, and everything slowed down.

AND THAN… Saturday it happened. In my cozy livingroom for 9 beautiful sisters ✨

The theme was water. And if it was ment to be, there was a full moon, supermoon and wolf moon!
and yes, I secretly hadn’t even checked the moon calendar (oops 😅). As if that wasn’t enough, the moon was in Cancer, slowing down, feeling, home.

And than on top.. this winter isn’t just a season. It’s the beginning of a new year and a new 9-year cycle. A time to soften, release the old, and awaken the feminine within.

There is something truly magical about gathering women in this time of year. Thank you all for letting me feel so safe! I’m so deeply grateful. Also to receive this delicious sound bath of ❤️❤️❤️

On Sunday they kicked off a new edition of at De Koepelkerk in Amsterdam. A 17.5-hour ambient meditation experience with part of .amsterdam. Once again, I had the honor of welcoming everyone with a soft, gentle voice and a big smile!

I’m grateful that meditation can unfold in such a modern form. Consciousness is growing! Thank you,
