We are pleased to announce that Edward R. Schiettecatte, Founder & CEO of BRAINM Clinics, is joining the company’s Board of Directors.

Edward brings to the Board a unique combination of Wall Street experience, private equity expertise, entrepreneurship and healthcare innovation.

Before moving into healthcare, Edward spent more than a decade in international investment banking, including roles with Merrill Lynch, Rothschild & Co and Jefferies in New York, advising publicly-traded companies and institutional investors on complex M&A, IPO and other capital market transactions.

He subsequently moved into venture capital and private equity in Europe, becoming a partner at ORAXYS Environmental Private Equity, and a founding partner of Smartfin, investing in and building high-growth European technology companies.

That experience has strongly influenced his approach to healthcare entrepreneurship. Edward went on to found TRAINM Clinics, a European leader in technology-enabled neurorehabilitation, followed by BRAINM Clinics, built around the conviction that the future of mental healthcare will increasingly converge around mental health, brain health and longevity.

Edward holds a MSc in Business Engineering from Solvay Brussels School of Economics and
Management at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel and a Juris Doctor degree from University of Paris I:
Panthéon-Sorbonne.

Edward’s appointment to the Board further
strengthens the alignment between entrepreneurial leadership, clinical innovation and international expansion as BRAINM Clinics enters its next phase of growth.

We are proud to welcome Stefan Yee to the Board of Directors of BRAINM Clinics.

Stefan brings more than 30 years of experience across corporate law, M&A, corporate finance, investment banking and private equity. His career includes KPMG, Linklaters, the Belgian Corporation for International Investment (SFPIM-International), Beluga (Euronext), and he is the Founder & CEO of PE Group, a Belgian private equity firm.

Throughout his career, Stefan has been an investor and or board member of numerous private and publicly-traded companies, including Unifiedpost Group (Euronext), Hyloris Pharmaceuticals (Euronext), Axiles Bionics, TRAINM Clinics and NRG Fitness Group.

His combination of private equity expertise, governance experience and entrepreneurial insight will be highly valuable as BRAINM Clinics enters its next phase of growth and international expansion.

Stefan holds an LL.M from the (VUB), an MBA from Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management at the Universite libre de Bruxelles (ULB), and an LL.M from the University of Chicago Law School (BAEF Fellow).
