Iโm fascinated by the way a simple vibration can meet the power of nature.
When I play a Tibetan singing bowl, the sound is created by the movement of the metal and travels through the air as sound waves.
Our ears perceive these frequencies, while our body can subtly feel their resonance.
Near the sea, the experience becomes even more unique: the rhythm of the waves, the wind, and the sound of the bowl blend together, creating a natural soundscape.
Itโs not magic, but the way our brain and body respond to sounds and the environment around us.
Sometimes, all we need is to stop for a moment, listen, and make space for presence. ๐โจ
