Itโs been a while since I last posted hereโฆ but today felt like the perfect moment to come back.
Dance has always been part of my life. Itโs so much more than a physical discipline โ itโs liberating, it shifts your mood, it helps you process emotions that words sometimes canโt reach.
It played such a powerful role during Covid timesโฆ and today, Iโm genuinely happy to be teaching a dance class once a week at ๐ฅฐ
Sharing a few milestones with you:
1 โ Moving to Amsterdam, starting my journey as a coach
2 โ First lockdown: feeling isolated, but creating fun TikToks that kept me going
3 โ November 2020: freedomโฆ kind of. Grateful for this little dance project with
4 โ 2021: Coffee & Talk โ and yes, dance had to be part of it
5 โ 2022: NLP retreat with โ became a practitioner and celebrated with a night out
6 โ March 2023: performing with my band in Amsterdam โ not my easiest time, but music & dance held me up
7 โ July 2025: 8 months post-myomectomyโฆ moving freely again felt amazing
8 โ March 2026: a โclassicโ office day โ rehearsing a new choreo
9 โ April 2026: the class ๐ฅ
