Been there and more than once. My passion and mission are to ensure you realise the genial blueprint instilled within you as you awaken your mother queen creatrix power and manifest a pleasure filled divine sacred birth. Im talking about experiencing your dream birth with trust, flow and power while you confidently relax into your motherhood queendom. The truth is that you are sitting on a GOLDMINE, simply from being born the freaking amazing woman that you are ! I can’t wait to show you where this goodness is and how to use it. A little about me- Im a leading sacred childbirth mentor and a women sovereignty advocate who shares with the mothers and couples I support a step by step guided love based road map about how to manifest a birth experience which goes far beyond your wildest imagination and deepest heart desires. My work has been featured in VIVA Mama, Linda TV, NRC and TROUW, chosen as the Leading Provider of Childbirth Support Services- Netherlands on the Parent & Baby Awards 2021 of LUX life Magazine as well as being a sought after speaker on international childbirth and midwifery conferences around the globe. During my 25-year career, I have been enjoying a fulfilling life as a professional Ballet dancer sharing a stage with the best dance companies in the world, qualified as a Ballet teacher, Yoga and Pilates trainer sharing with students my signature Feminine Flow Method, studies Traditional Chinese Medicine, specialised in Hypnosis, NLP and EFT, Delved into the realms of Theta Healing, discovered the secrets to an Orgasmic Birth, provided deep space holding as a Sacred Women Group Facilitator, supported thousands of mothers and parents on their amazing journey of becoming a family, gave birth for 3 amazing wild spirit gingers boys, breastfed them all for the past 9 (!) Years, founded an inspirational fertility, pregnancy, birth and motherhood centre in Amsterdam. A sacred femme wisdom and support collective where fierce soul aligned lioness mamas farewell the freaking out of giving birth, owning their true femme nature as a divine creation force able not only to give birth with power, confidence and love but to give forth life to any heart centred desire simply from being born an freaking amazing woman 🌺

Summer is supposed to mean slowingi down.

Most of us know the truth.
Routines dissolve. Childcare gets unpredictable. And somehow we’re still expected to run our businesses, hold our households, and create magical memories, all at once.

Underneath all of that, there’s a layer rarely spoken about. Perimenopause. The motherly rage that shows up out of nowhere, leaving us wondering what’s wrong with us.
Nothing is. It’s wired into the nervous system, not a character flaw.

These aren’t separate seasons. They’re moving through us all at once- hormones shifting, energy unpredictable, emotional capacity stretched thin , while we’re still expected to show up, create, lead, and give.

This Restorative Reset is exactly the pause this moment is asking for. Real, embodied experience to actually soften and ground rather than push through the constant bracing.
A space to be held, before a season that asks us to hold so much.

I used to be the woman who said “I don’t really do girls’ trips.”
Sister wound? I lived it in my bones, long before I had the language for it.

It took years, and a lot of inner work, to understand that what I was protecting myself from was also exactly what I was longing for.

In a world that pits women against each other, that whispers she’s prettier, she’s further along, she has what you don’t, a room of women without performance, without comparison, is one of the most radical things that can exist.

When I finally experienced that kind of space, truly experienced it, something in me exhaled for the first time in a long time.

Not because everyone needs healing from the same thing I did. But because I know what it feels like to find, almost by accident, exactly what you didn’t know you were missing.

The wound is the medicine.

Underneath the armour, the masks, the carefully held-together version we show the world, so many of us are still that little girl, aching for the safety and softness of being truly seen by another woman.

The Fabulous Feminine Flow is that room.

It’s where you come back to yourself first - real, raw, returned. To all of who you are. welcomed, gathered, softened into wholeness.
