Chi Nei Tsang (CNT) is a therapeutic abdominal massage rooted in ancient Taoism that supports physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. During the treatment I’ll work primarily on the abdomen with deep soft and gentle touches to relax the body deeply, assess imbalances, detoxify and revitalize the internal system, clear blocked energy, release structural tensions and chronic pain. The treatment has shown to: improve digestion and elimination (relieve IBS and Crohn disease), promote hormonal balance (reduce and eliminate painful menstruation cramps, improve fertility and ease menopause issues), dissolve “knots” caused by fibroids and scar tissue and much more. CNT is beneficial in any detox program. After colonic irrigation CNT will help reinstate healthy and smooth peristaltic movement, avoid cramps and train the colon to work regularly. After every treatment I will teach you self-massage techniques, based on what your body is telling me, in order to continue the awakening of the body’s innate healing abilities.
