This week in Bucharest, Romania, the Affidea Quality Meeting 2026 brings together all Country Quality Directors across the 14 Affidea countries, with a shared direction for strengthening quality across our network.
As healthcare becomes more connected and , quality must evolve with it, bringing together people, clinical expertise, data and technology to deliver .
Our 2026–2027 connects digital transformation with strong governance, shared knowledge and a culture of continuous improvement. Its purpose is clear: to turn common standards into consistent practice, insights into action, and learning in one country into progress across the Group.
Dr Alessandro Roncacci, SVP Chief Medical Officer, attending the meeting, reflected on the ambition: “As we expand our integrated out-of-hospital model, we have an opportunity to make quality a powerful driver of transformation. Connecting our people, processes, data and technology will help us anticipate risks, support clinical decisions and deliver more personalised care. Our vision is a network that continuously learns and improves, translating its collective expertise into better outcomes and greater confidence for every patient.”
