In Corkscrew we explore the spiral organization of the pelvis and spine.
The legs may move through space, but the movement is organized from the center.

Length through the spine.
Control through the powerhouse.
A dynamic relationship between pelvis and trunk.

Spine Stretch Forward

It’s all about creating space between the vertebrae. Ribs shaping the curve of the spine.
Exploring segmental spinal mobility and control as the body curls forward and gently unfurls again. The fundamentals never stop revealing new information.

Ianthe is een geweldige toevoeging aan ons team en geeft les op maandag, woensdag en donderdag in de ochtend en middag. ✨ Oorspronkelijk uit Zuid-Afrika, heeft ze daar al jarenlange ervaring opgedaan en brengt haar kennis en expertise in de wereld van Pilates met zich mee! 💪
Haar enthousiasme en energie zijn aanstekelijk en ze staat altijd klaar om je te helpen, zelfs als je denkt dat je met een blessure niet mee kunt doen. Ianthe heeft de perfecte oplossingen en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen zich op zijn gemak voelt en optimaal kan lessen. 🙌
