✨ "Living as a (mud)Queen in France."

Or maybe someday at least..

5 horses. 35°C. An unforgiving climate. Water buckets that refill themselves exactly never. Sweat before breakfast. And a business that depends on showing up long before the world wakes up.

My glamorous 6-8 AM routine as a business owner with five horses on a hot summer day?☀️
Not so glamorous.
But every early morning, every drop of sweat is worth it, because good management is a foundational part of every horse's wellbeing and longevity. And a well managed horse that feels good, performs better because of it.

That's the kind of luxury no money can buy.

Longevity isn't built in the spotlight.
It's built in the quiet hours when nobody is watching.
It's our responsibility. And of course we gladly do it at the cost of our own wellbeing 😅.

Who else was already working before 7 AM today?
👇Comment YES CHICA so we can all feel encouraged prioritising our horses over sleep 😉

🪄 Transformation in 60 Minutes

Meet Vroom, a 17-year-old mare, born and raised by her owner’s side.

Despite a 5⭐️ home, attentive care, and appropriate training, Vroom suffered an episode of tying-up last year. After a period of rest, it was time to help her regain more comfort and freedom in her body.

In the first photos, you can notice a very “under herself” posture, both in front and behind, with a tense neck and a body held in vigilance.

In the final photos, taken immediately after the session, Vroom is already showing more space and ease: her limbs are repositioning, her posture is becoming more balanced, her neck is lowering, and her body appears more relaxed.

Does your horse take very short steps?
Do the hind feet often touch the front feet?
Does the belly appear to drop or lack support?

These signs may reveal compensation patterns or a lack of mobility.

When everything stopped... their bond gree stronger.

The owner had just bought a new horse to start competing.
But...
She broke her leg 🐴.
No riding, no training.

With one craniosacral session and some simple stable excercises, they turned 'boxrest' into connection✨.

Not through force, through awareness.

This is where their real performace and journey began.

Sweet Oji is a 1yo stallion that was showing restricted strides when running around in his pasture with his friend.

📷Picture order:
1. Comparisom before / after
2. Before L
3. Before R
4. After L
5. After R

As he's only 1yo, his bone structure is still soft, which means I don't use actual manipulation of the bones. I use a combination of other techniques to get the results shown in these pictures:

💜 Acupressure / Triggerpointtherapy
💜 Craniosacral therapy
💜 Massage

After the treatment he could move freely around the pasture again and he demonstrated us some cute bucks to show off his new found mobility.

Staying ahead of restrictions with foals, yearlings and young horses is the best recipe to avoid deformations on a later age. Soft bones, that are left in bad positions, will harden out that way and cause many other side effects that could have been avoided.
Yes, they are young and flexible and resilient, but that doesn't mean they don't get tensed up.

Looking at the second picture - Could you imagine his hipbones were to become solid in that position?

Are you unsure about your youngster's posture? Send me a dm with a picture and we'll have a look together. Let me help you by translating and understand what their body is saying.

I owed you this.
I owed me this.

Cabalancé 2.0 🍾

So, why?

After several years of treating over a hundred of clients I learned a few things. I learned from treatments. I learned from the horses I treated. I learned from the clients needs and desires.
And - I just simply got better.

I learned that my years of experience with training, starting and having horses gave me a very whole and profound idea of a horse's wellbeing. That combined with the healing tools of holistic osteopathy and an iron strong intuition, make me exceptional at my profession.

I felt my clients needed more than just a routine check up. They need clarity. They keep trying a new 'something' every week for whatever obstacle they face with their horse. They spend thousands of euros on trying to find a solution. They keep hoping things will get better, that they might get better, but nothing lasts and they lose all sense of control and direction.

They put in so many hours, so much hard work, love, hope, dedication, funds,... They sacrifice and yet it feels as if it all goes unnoticed.

But I see you. 💜

I genuinly want to help your horse, get to that first 'something' that is causing all the other symptoms. I'll put all the pieces of the puzzle together and give you the direction on what to do first, so you can finally start making progress.
To make sure you know, you're not alone.

This is why you choose to work with me. To get the full picture 📸. A clear picture. So you can get a hold of it and to achieve that breakthrough you've longed for.

So, that's why.
That's why I'm rebranding Cabalancé.
Because all of you made me grow and taught me how I truly help you best.

Thank you.

2️⃣💜2️⃣6️⃣

New year, same goal.
As it has been for the past few years.

Step 1: Dreaming about a life filled with and surrounded by horses since forever.
Step 2: Find out what purpose I serve for horses. What happens intuitively. What am I giving them effortlessly without wanting or asking anything in return?
Step 3: How can I give this to as many horses as possible? Is there a way to practice and refine my skill?
Step 4: Months of browsing and researching. Discovered the holistic approach. Became a holistic osteopath. Refined my skill.
Step 5: Graduated ✅ so what now? I can professionally practice what I love to do, but also I can't because I feel stuck and imprisoned in a life I created for myself that I believed made me happy. Turns out it didn't. At all.
Step 6: New dreams. New plan. Action. Persist. Keep going. Move to France. Let go of all forms of stability and safety (house, salary, friends etc). Fail. Get knocked down. Shift. Persist. Grow. Keep going.

There are a million steps in between these steps and a million more to come and I learned to accept that that is what makes it beautiful, adventurous and uniquely mine.

I don't do New Years Resolutions because it doesn't go with what I'm doing on a daily base.
I do believe in new beginnings, new chances, new opportunities, new dreams, new solutions,...

2026, no resolutions - only 1 goal ahead, 1 promise to myself. Build that dreamlife of mine.

Cabalancé will be seen internationally this year, so keep an eye out 👀

Lots of love,
Zazou
