Not everything that feels like "you" is actually you.
Sometimes it's a pattern you built.

So you could keep going.
So you could stay in control.
So you could stay needed.
So you could survive.

1️⃣ Being the one who holds it all together,
because the one time you fell apart,
no one was there to catch you.

2️⃣ Never asking for help,
because needing things
once made you feel like a burden.

3️⃣ Always being fine,
because your pain made people uncomfortable,
so you learned to hide it well.

4️⃣ Filling every moment with doing,
because stillness means you have to feel
what you've been running from.

5️⃣ Shrinking your needs,
because somewhere you learned
that wanting too much pushes people away.

6️⃣ Being endlessly capable,
because your value was only ever measured
by what you produced.

because the one thing you couldn't control
once broke you.

that it's allowed to feel safe.

None of this makes you broken.

and coping is exhausting.

Your nervous system doesn't heal all at once.
It heals in small, quiet moments. When it finally starts to believe it's safe.
The essence of this:

• You stop bracing for the next hard thing
• You want to be kind to yourself, and it doesn't feel fake anymore
• You cry and it actually brings relief, not panic
• Silence stops feeling threatening
• You feel exhaustion that's different, softer like something letting go
• You crave less noise, less rushing, more space
• You start waking up without that tight feeling in your chest
• You notice the sound of birds. A warm cup of tea. Small things.
• Your body stops holding its breath
• You feel emotions moving through you, instead of getting stuck

That's not weakness.
That's your nervous system coming home.
Because real rest isn't something you do.
It's something your body finally allows, when it trusts that you'll keep it safe.

(English below) Echte verandering begint niet in je hoofd. Het begint in je lichaam.

Je bent niet iemand die maar blijft praten over wat er anders kan. Je bent iemand die het voelt, in je lijf, lang voordat je het kunt uitleggen.

De vrouwen die écht doorbreken denken niet: "Ik moet dit eerst begrijpen." Ze denken: "Ik wil dit ervaren."
Als je nog steeds zoekt naar het juiste inzicht, het juiste boek over stressverlichting, de juiste methode, dan ben je nog niet bij het begin. Het begin zit niet in je hoofd. Het zit in wat je lichaam al veel te lang probeert te zeggen.

Jij bent niet iemand die wacht op het juiste moment voor verandering. Jij weet wanneer het tijd is.
En misschien is dat moment hier. Nu. In de stilte.
In de ruimte die ontstaat als je stopt met denken en begint met voelen.

Sometimes tiredness is not only about needing more stimulation.

Sometimes your body has been tense for so long that it is using a lot of energy just to stay braced.

Try this:

1️⃣ Let your tongue rest gently behind your upper teeth.
Let your back teeth separate slightly.

2️⃣ Lift your shoulders towards your ears for two seconds.
Then exhale and let them drop.

3️⃣ Now breathe in through your nose for about two seconds.
Take one tiny extra sip of air at the top.
Exhale slowly through your mouth for six to eight seconds.

Repeat three times.

This is based on cyclic sighing, a breathing practice studied by Stanford researchers. In their study, five minutes a day helped improve mood, reduce anxiety and lower resting breathing rate.

If you want to make it softer, hum gently on the exhale or listen to one sound from a singing bowl until it fades.

Your body doesn’t always need another push.
Sometimes it needs a reset.

(English below) De meeste coaches beginnen bij het hoofd. Ik begin bij het lichaam, om stress te verminderen. Want zolang het hoofd vol is, komt er niets echt binnen.

Echte verandering in spanning is pas mogelijk als de ruis wegvalt. Dat is wat ik doe met klank en coaching. De klankschalen spreken direct het zenuwstelsel aan en openen rustig wat het lichaam heeft vastgehouden. Als spanning vrij komt, ontstaat er ruimte. En in die ruimte kan een echt gesprek en coaching beginnen.

De vrouwen die bij mij komen hebben meestal al hard aan zichzelf gewerkt. Van buiten ziet hun leven er goed uit. Een eigen bedrijf, een gezin, een volle agenda. Maar van binnen zijn ze uitgeput op een manier die ze moeilijk kunnen uitleggen.

Ze slapen en worden niet uitgerust wakker. Ze werken en voelen zich leeg. Ze zijn er voor iedereen en vergeten zichzelf.
Wat ze nodig hebben is niet nog een methode. Ze hebben toestemming nodig om te stoppen.

Als je met mij werkt, volg je geen vast stappenplan. Je volgt je eigen proces. Ik luister naar wat er onder de woorden ligt en zet in wat er op dat moment werkelijk nodig is, of dat nu mindset coaching is, sound healing, NLP, hypnose, familieopstelling of gewoon stilte. Jij hoeft niet uit te zoeken wat je nodig hebt. Dat is mijn taak.

Stilte is niet het einde van iets. Het is waar alles begint.

Most coaches start with the mind. I start with the body, to reduce stress. Because as long as the head is full, nothing can truly land.

Real change in tension only becomes possible when the noise falls away. That is what I do with sound and coaching. The singing bowls speak directly to the nervous system, gently opening what the body has been holding on to. When tension releases, space opens. And in that space, real conversation and coaching can begin.

The women who come to me have usually already worked hard on themselves. From the outside, their lives look good. A business, a family, a full agenda. But inside, they are exhausted in a way they cannot quite explain. They sleep and don't wake up rested. They work and feel empty. They are there for everyone, and forget themselves.

What they need is not another method. They need permission to stop.

When you work with me, you don't follow a fixed plan. You follow your own process. I listen to what lies beneath the words, and I use whatever is truly needed in that moment, whether that is mindset coaching, sound healing, NLP, hypnosis, family constellation or simply silence. You don't have to figure out what you need. That is my work.

Stillness is not the end of something. It is where everything begins.
