What an inspiring three days in Athens!

From 9–11 June, we had the pleasure of welcoming distributors from around the world for our Commercial Meeting. Together, we reflected on achievements, explored new opportunities, and strengthened the partnerships that help us create impact across the globe.

Throughout the meeting, we shared knowledge through presentations, product training sessions, and in-depth discussions on market developments and future opportunities. We exchanged experiences, learned from one another, and engaged in valuable conversations that will help us continue growing together.

Beyond the meeting rooms, we also enjoyed discovering Athens, including a memorable visit to the Acropolis, creating moments that further strengthened our international network.

🚴‍♂️ From Minneapolis to Salt Lake City: a week full of innovation, inspiration, and valuable connections!

Recently, Jan Willem and Bibi travelled to the United States, starting with a visit to our distributor MGC Diagnostics in Minneapolis and continuing to the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) Annual Meeting in Salt Lake City.

At ACSM, we joined our distributor Electra-Med Corporation at their booth, where Andy hosted a Wingate demonstration for visitors interested in performance testing and research applications. Throughout the conference, we attended research presentations and connected with researchers, clinicians, and professionals from across the sports medicine community.

The week provided a valuable opportunity to exchange knowledge, strengthen partnerships, and increase Lode’s visibility within the field of sports medicine and exercise testing.

A successful and inspiring week focused on collaboration, innovation, and advancing performance assessment worldwide.

This June, Lode’s global distributor network comes together in Athens.

From June 9–11, we will host an international distributor training program in Athens, Greece, bringing together Lode distributors from more than 34 countries worldwide.

During the event, participants will receive the latest updates on product developments, software innovations, and technical applications, while strengthening collaboration across our global network. Previous international training locations include Dublin, Bali, and Bogotá — and this year, Athens will be the next destination connecting the Lode community.

We look forward to welcoming our partners to Greece for several days of knowledge sharing, collaboration, and networking.

The global sports medicine community is coming together in Salt Lake City this week during ACSM 2026.

This week, our colleagues Bibi and Jan Willem are present at American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) 2026 together with our American distributor Electra-Med Corporation at Booth 108.

At the Electra-Med Corporation booth, visitors can discover several Lode solutions, including the Excalibur Sport and the Corival CPET, and discuss the latest developments in sports medicine and exercise testing.

From the exhibition floor to the future of cardiac MRI.

Last week, we attended ISMRM 2026 in Cape Town, South Africa. From our booth, we welcomed many visitors and had valuable conversations about the application of our MRI solutions in cardiovascular diagnostics and exercise testing.

During the congress, we were also joined by our South African distributor Lifemax. Together, we had the pleasure of meeting professionals from across the international MRI community.

In addition to the many discussions on the exhibition floor, we also had the opportunity to speak with several MRI scanner manufacturers, allowing us to stay fully up to date with the latest developments in the MRI field. Furthermore, we were able to visit a local hospital, which provided valuable additional insights during our visit.

Overall, we look back on a very successful week in South Africa. We would like to thank everyone who visited our booth and we look forward to continuing existing collaborations and building new connections.

The global MRI community meets in Cape Town this week

We are currently attending ISMRM 2026 in Cape Town, South Africa. Visit Lode at booth B16 to discover the Lode MR Ergometer. The Lode MR Ergometer is specifically designed for safe, controlled, and reproducible exercise testing within the MRI environment. Our solution supports physiological exercise during cardiac MRI and contributes to clinically relevant cardiovascular diagnostics.

Lode receives JTF grant for digitalisation and robotics

Lode has been awarded funding under the SME Digitalisation and Robotics 2.0 (JTF) programme for the project “Digitalisation and Robotics for Medical Software.”

Within this project, we are working on the further digitalisation and automation of our testing and quality assurance processes for medical software and equipment. This marks an important step towards more efficient, scalable, and less error-prone software development, while continuing to ensure quality, safety, and compliance.

With this development, we are investing in future-proof medical technology and strengthening our international position as an innovative partner within healthcare and sports medicine.

This project is co-financed by the European Union through the Just Transition Fund (JTF).
