“Navigating the First 6 weeks with a Newborn”
This class is designed for English-speaking parents in the Netherlands who want to feel informed and prepared during the early postpartum period. We’ll cover what’s normal in the first weeks and when to seek extra support.
I also offer a popular Prenatal Breastfeeding Class.
For families who want more continuity of care, there is a workshop option that combines both classes plus a personal lactation consultation after your baby arrives.
