I was asked by a few p*e to do a pictorial of this braid I did a few months ago so here it is. Firstly I want to say I never created this braid my friend Shelley she's on Instagram did but her daughters hair isn't long enough so she gave me instructions and asked me to try it, success Shelley it's a great braid 💕
1.. I did a Frenchfishtail braid on the top of the head to crown and just fishtailed a little bit, 2 small fishtails on either side.
2.. So once you've braided middle fishtail a bit cross 2 outer ones over it keep fishtailing middle whilst adding sections from outside ( like a mermaidbraid) leave ones you've crossed for now. Maybe 3 at each side. Carrying on with middle braid cross outside ones over again, and then repeat mermaid braid ( adding pieces from the side )
3.. This is basically how it's done just carry on down as far as you can and tie off
