“I’m Haydeé, the heart behind Haydee’s YIN.

My own life journey has taught me the importance of slowing down, breathing consciously, and truly feeling. In moments when I lost connection with myself, I discovered how healing it can be to pause, turn inward, and simply be.

From that experience, my mission was born: to create a safe and nurturing space where you feel seen, heard, and supported. A space where nothing is expected, everything is welcome, and you can release tension, let go of what no longer serves you, and come home to yourself.

My strength lies in my calm presence, intuition, and genuine care. I guide from the heart, without judgment, with full attention to whatever is present in the moment.

During the breathwork journeys I facilitate together with Jack from JaNa Ice Breath & Beyond, I am there to lovingly support you through your inner journey. Breathwork can open deep layers and invite you to surrender to your own process. I offer a safe and trusting space for you to breathe, feel, release, and reconnect with yourself.

I believe true growth begins when we have the courage to slow down, feel, and truly meet ourselves. Beneath the layers of expectations, beliefs, and old patterns lies your true essence — and your strength.

We marked the Summer Solstice at The New Wave this Saturday 🌞

With the gentle Women’s Circle..
Around the themes of abundance, standing in our power, and shining our light brightly…
Connecting back to our own hearts and the fire within...
And courageously looking into what often stands in the way...

These Circles are not a coaching space, nor a therapy.

They are a tiny drop of the long lost village our great-great-great grandmothers had at their fingertips.

A sacred energy container that brings us back into rhythm with nature, its cycles, and its seasons.

🌹The next Women’s Circle Maastricht will honour the Autumn Equinox, that still point where light and dark hold each other in perfect balance, before nature turns inward again.
