๐ฑ๐ป๐ There is only so little we can do, but at least there is always something we can do. Usually that is doing LESS for a little while and be kind to ourselves along the way. When you got (a bit) out of balance, physically or emotionally, believe that the body itself can take you back in balance. IF you listen to your body, act and take your time. Believe it is ok not to be ok. Believe in nature. It will still be heavy, but at least not twice as heavy, so at least a little less difficult...
