When truth is already here… but the body cannot yet hold it

There is a moment on the healing path where you know the truth…

You can feel it.
You can sense it.
You can even touch it.

And yet…

something in the body still tightens.
Still hesitates.
Still pulls away.

So what do we do?

We try harder.
We push more.
We want to “get it right”.

But the body… and certainly not the heart… do not open through pressure.

They open when they are met.

When they are listened to.
When they are no longer overridden.
When the pace changes.
When what has been bracing is no longer judged.

Because often… the body is not resisting truth.

It is responding to what truth once cost.

And so it learnt:

To brace.
To hold back.
To protect.

Even now…
when your heart is ready.
when your soul is calling you forward.

✨ The next layer is not more insight.

It is learning how to receive.

Letting truth land.
In your breath.
In your body.
In your nervous system.

Not as a state you visit…

But as a home you can remain within.

💛 You are not behind...

You are recalibrating.

And the places that cannot yet hold your truth…
are the very places asking to be met with love.

⭐️ From insight but no change → to embodiment & real-life momentum

If you understand your patterns…
If you can explain them perfectly…
If you’ve read the books, done the sessions, had the breakthroughs…
and yet your life still doesn’t change the way you know it could…

That’s not a character flaw. Often it’s because the shift hasn’t landed in the body yet.

The shift I witness again and again is when healing becomes embodied..
when the nervous system softens…
when the protective part can finally exhale…
and change starts happening without force.

And from that place…
decisions become simple.
Actions become natural.
Momentum returns.
And life begins to match who you truly are.

⭐️ From ancestral weight + invisible loyalty → to freedom to be you

If you carry heaviness you can’t fully explain…
If you feel responsible, guilty, “too much” or like you’re holding a whole family system inside your body…
If you keep repeating patterns that don’t even feel personal…

It might not be “you”- It most probably comes from your lineage.

Often the nervous system is still living out inherited survival patterns:
bracing, shrinking, enduring, staying loyal to pain…
because on some level it believes: “This is how we belong.”

The shift I witness again and again is when those inherited layers are finally met... with truth and deep compassion and the body realises:
“I don’t have to carry this anymore.”

And then… something lifts.
Permission returns.
Life gets quieter inside.
You start living as you... not as the weight of what came before.

⭐️ From people-pleasing + shrinking → to love & power reunited

You’re not weak... That’s usually a clear sign of protection... stronger than your trust...

Often, somewhere along the way, your system learned:

So you stay small… even when your soul is ready.

The shift I witness again and again is when love and power reunite.
When your power stops feeling dangerous…
and your love stops requiring self-erasure.

And from that place… boundaries become natural and your flow leading...
Truth becomes speakable. Your light becomes safe to live.

The Winds of Change 🌬️ and how not to let them become a hurricane inside you

Blessings Beautiful Souls,

You can feel it in the collective field, the atmosphere… in the pace of life, in the sudden turns, in the sense that time itself is shifting and old structures no longer seem to hold the same weight they once did.

So many are feeling it: acceleration, pressure, disorientation.

And when that happens, the nervous system often wants to do what it has always done: reach outward, search faster, grab for certainty and find something outside of us to hold onto.

But this is exactly where we are being invited into a different way.

Not into panic.
Not into collapse.
Not into spiritual dramatisation.
But into deeper ground.

This moment is not asking us to become more hyper vigilant.
It is asking us to become more real.
More rooted.
More present.
More inwardly anchored.

Because the hurricane becomes unbearable inside when we resist what is moving and search for false holding everywhere else.

So perhaps the deeper medicine now is this:

We stop gripping.
We stop searching for holding outside of ourselves.
We go within and find our ground.

Grounding is not passivity, or a quick thing to do while hoping for results.
It is power.
Stillness is not weakness, or a forced moment of silence while wishing something would change.
It is wisdom.
And this is felt.
It is undeniably powerful to somatically experience this deep power and wisdom within yourself.

So going within is not withdrawal.
It is how you stop abandoning yourself in the very moments you need yourself most.

If things feel fast right now… pause.
Place a hand on your heart.
Feel your breath.
Feel the Earth beneath you.

The winds may be strong.
But they do not have to own your inner world.
You can meet them without becoming them.
You can stay rooted while everything rearranges.
You can find your roots again.

Often, it’s not because you’re failing.
It’s because the core hasn’t been seen yet.

The shift I witness again and again is not more analysis, more effort or more forcing…
It’s when the root reveals itself... sometimes in a way you never would’ve expected and suddenly the whole system goes: “Ahhh… THAT’s it.”

And when the root is met with compassion (not pressure)…
the loop can finally soften and release.
Clarity returns. Your energy returns.
And life starts moving again... cleanly.
